From Pithoragarh one can also trek to Lipulekh Pass, a major pass of the Kumaun region found in the Kali Valley.
Foreigners are allowed only upto Budhi on this trek. However, Indians can trek with an inner line permit, issued by the district authorities.

Standard Trekking Plan
Day 1: Takeover from Delhi Airport. Transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Travel to Almora
Day 3: Almora-Pangu 219 (road)
Day 4: Pangu - Gala 30 (trek)
Day 5: Gala - Budhi 18 (trek)
Day 6: Budhi - Gunji 17 (trek)
Day 7: Gunji - Navi Dhang 19 (trek)
Day 8: NabhiDhang - Lipulekh Pass 7 (trek)
Day 9, 10, 11, 12: Back trek-Same Route ( 4 days )
Day 13: Back to Delhi.
